Job Title: Case Manager
Location: South Yorkshire
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday
Type of Contract: 6 months temporary
Salary: GBP16-GBP18 per hour limited

The Ideal Candidate:
To support services users in gaining an understanding and insight into their own recovery by evidenced based one to one and group work.
Expectations of the role:
Undertake comprehensive assessments, and implement risk management in line with the service's policy and procedures.
Liaise with other health and social care professionals where necessary and appropriate.
Undertake screening for Drug and Alcohol abuse.Compliance Requirements:
Enhanced Child And Adults DBS (Within 12 Months/Update Service Registered)
Valid Right to Work
