As a business, we specialise in placing mid-to-senior level management roles and C-Suite Executive individuals within the Energy, Water, Automation, Industrial, Finance, Medical & Scientific markets.
We are now actively growing and looking for intelligent, passionate and driven individuals who are motivated by sales and business development and want to deliver expert account management services to our established client portfolio.
The Role:
This is a 360 degree sales role. You will have end to end responsibility for managing client and candidate relationships from first interview through to successful placement of a candidate in a new role. You will spend a large amount of time speaking with clients and candidates located across the globe on the phone or web-conferencing utilizing our state-of-the-art video conferencing and IT systems as well as building face to face relationships.
Being a headhunter is a unique and rewarding role which is now one of the world's most lucrative careers. Because of the high-level and high-salaried individuals we place our fees are much higher than you will see in Lawyer or Accountancy roles. At TH Daniels we have an unrivalled commission structure combined with unlimited earning potential which has seen first year employees earn in excess of GBP60,000 and then on to earnings of over GBP100,000 after just 2 years. We also run a variety of additional incentives from meals out at Leeds' most exclusive restaurants to international trips abroad.
We offer a bespoke 10 week program that has been designed by our Group Directors and in collaboration with leading trainers in the industry. We then offer with continued training and learning opportunities to ensure you have all the tools required to become a truly professional headhunter.
We will train you in one of our specialist markets to enable you to become an industry expert allowing you to build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements:
We are looking for motivated university graduates who are keen to embark on a career with unlimited earning potential and career trajectory as well as experienced headhunters already in the industry who are keen to join an organization which can provide something your current company cannot.
We are also looking for people with experience in a sales or business development roles who can utilize their experience to achieve new heights.
You will need exceptional communication skills, motivation and an eye for detail. This is a demanding and challenging environment so you will need to enjoy the daily challenges and posses a motivation to succeed
