Senior HR Advisor - Sleaford / Lincolnshire - GBP35k circa DOE and qualifications - plus excellent benefits

Your new company
This is a continuously expanding SME organisation who has gained new business and contracts and is therefore going through a continuous improvement journey in their HR provision. Currently this SME is at circa 200 staff, with more planned.

Your new role

You will take ownership of the operational HR function, providing a proactive and effective HR service to employees and the Line Managers.

You will also work strategically on projects with the Head of HR - to further develop an excellent working culture, high standard HR provision and people insight for the leadership team.

You will be instrumental in the journey of "empowering" Line Managers to take ownership of their staff, management and HR issues - with HR being a supportive, empowering and advisory service. .

You will also get involved in a variety of projects that are planned for the next 12 months - around HR rebranding, Policies & Procedures review and update, Processes, Systems and KPI reporting (develop), Talent management, Succession Planning, L&D/Training, Engagement and Recruitment/Employee Experience - to name a few. What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have experience at working at Senior HR Advisory, HR Manager or Business Partner level, both projects and operationally.
Have experience of working with managers to offer a partnering provision, empowering and upskilling service. Trade Union experience
HR Projects.
Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 minimum Qualified or of suitably equivalent experience level.
Ability to do 1 overnight stay a month at another site.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a competitive salary, circa GBP35k - DOE and qualifications.
The role is working 40 hours a week - but with flexibility between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Ideally you will be able to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a week and the rest can be flexible - from home or office - as you prefer.
