Job Role: Maintenance Engineer Location: Corby, Northamptonshire Salary: GBP38,500-GBP41,000 + Overtime Paid at time ?? Hours: Continental Shift Pattern, 2 2 3 (Rotating Days/Nights) - 12 hour shift Job Type: Full time, Permanent The client: Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a well-established, International Plastic & Packaging Manufacturer that, due to expansion are looking to welcome a number of shift engineers for their site based in Corby. Conducting planned & preventative maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery (Conveyors, Motors, Gearboxes, Packaging Machinery & Ancillary Machinery) ?? Installations & Repairs of electrical based equipment, PLCs/Motor Drives/Invertors & Heating Circuits ?? Follow Health & Safety Procedures ?? Mechanical & Electrical fault finding & rectification ?? Implement continuous improvement methods to ensure smoots running of the plant and minimise downtimeRequirements: ?? Electrical & Mechanical Competencys ?? Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous ?? In depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery ?? Proficient in the use of IT systems ?? Experience of working in a fast paced production environment for a minimum of 2 years - Essential ?? Ability to work alone & as part of a team
