As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the overall financial operation and profitability of the Renewables recruitment team, and ensuring your team is positioned for success, in growing new and existing business.

What will I do..

Manage a recruitment team of Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants, to achieve specified financial targets by providing recruitment services to new and existing clients and generate new business opportunities
Oversee and manage recruitment with responsibility for manpower planning within your teams
Support Operations Manager/Director in building annual and 6+6 budget submissions for sectors
using historical performance data and your knowledge and experience of the market
Develop targeted business development approach for team and supported sectors
Use of front-end IT systems to drive business performance and day-to-day reporting along with the sensible and relevant use of KPI's.
Take a lead role in the implementation and analysis of recruitment KPI's for the office, as well as given advice on any required corrective measures
Career development of Recruitment Consultants including regular reviews, setting personal development plans, and monitoring achievements against predefined goals.
Completion of monthly bonus calculations for Direct Hire Recruitment team and timely submission to Operations Manager
Manage 'cost of sales' process, propose and manage team overhead costs, and manage quarterly forecasts
Have full understanding of contractual issues, insurance and taxation and be able to negotiate contracts with clients
Work with recruitment team to align specific clients for account management and manage key strategic client relationships ensuring consistent and sustainable recruitment service
About you..

Demonstrable experience as a manager within the recruitment or staffing environment
Experience to include managing a recruitment team, working with internal and external clients and contractors, financial budgeting and forecasts, bonus calculations, managing personal and direct reports, KPI management, and negotiating contracts with clients
Knowledge of or keen interest to learn about the renewable energy sector
