Our prestigious client is seeking a marketing co-ordinator for their busy team in Reading. There is some opportunity for a hybrid as long as you live in commuting distance of our clients Reading. Their office is based in central Reading and does not offer parking but is a short walk from the station. Our client can offer the right candidate a varied job that can help progress your career.

Our client is looking to recruit at least two enthusiastic and bright candidates. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients local, national and international. Given the structure of the team there will be, in time, real opportunities to progress.

Your role:

Provide admin support such as liaising with suppliers and teams to co-ordinate video, podcasts and photos
Provide digital support by maintaining on-line employee profiles and uploading press releases.
Assist in collating marketing communications such as e-newsletters and provide team support for events and other projects.
Attending seminars, group meetings, liaising with suppliers and producing internal and external communications for the firm. ???????????????The person:

1 + years marketing experience in a busy team environment.

A basic understanding of on-line and traditional marketing techniques or business to business marketing experience would be an advantage.

Be organised, have a proactive approach, take pride in your work and is able to work on multiple tasks and manage time accordingly to meet deadlines.

Able to work unsupervised, independently and in a team. Having a common-sense approach and going that extra mile to get the job done.

An ability and willingness to complete marketing and business development activities is essential

You must also be able to apply the law with a degree of commerciality and be prepared to give your viewpoint to clients.
