SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join one of their key clients in their offices based in Peterborough. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm (ideally, however there is flexibility on start and finish times). You will be joining an ever-growing business, offering a great working environment and joining a lovely, long term team!
My client are seeking a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for a variety of different administration and customer service related tasks and duties. This could include elements such as coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating project schedules, managing various assignments, assisting with preparing action plans and communicating to the team. These tasks will be highlighted to you by the Depot Manager and you will work closely with the team and internal departments to deliver them.
The main duties covered, will be:
- Looking at the data and using this to invoice customers
- Building relationships with customers
- Liaising internally and with customers via email or telephone to renew contracts
- Handling contractual agreements / managing administration
- Processing quotes and contracts
My client are looking for someone with previous administration experience, the ability to adapt to new roles quickly and above all, excellent communication skills
