Press Maintenance Technician - Relocate to North East England

A global automotive manufacturing company are searching the country for skilled Maintenance Technicians with a background in maintaining high-tonnage power presses/press tools.
Based in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, just a few miles from the beach and 15 minutes from Newcastle upon Tyne, you will be joining a top team of talented technicians and engineers at a forward-thinking company with genuine career progression prospects.
Upping sticks and moving to a new part of the country is a huge deal, we completely understand that. That's why you'll be offered as much support as possible to aid your relocation and get you settled as quickly as possible.
Key Duties of the Job
* Maintenance on Hydraulic Power Presses
* Servicing, maintenance & improvement of mechanical & electrical equipment & services
* Maintaining and interrogating PLC systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Fanuc currently used on site)
* Executing PPMs and provide feedback to develop systems & procedures.
* Working shifts - currently a 3 shift pattern with early/back/nightshift
* Salary starting at GBP37,250, with great earning potential on enhanced overtime rates
