Gearset is Cambridge's fastest growing startup, rocketing from 7 people in 2017 to over 160 today. We're working on building the best Salesforce release management solution on the market, and we're looking for an Account Marketing Coordinator to accelerate growth in our key accounts & verticals.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for executing and delivering on our Accounts Based Marketing programme. You'll work closely with our Account Marketing team to grow Gearset's footprint within our target account list, using your marketing expertise to complement sales prospecting work.

We're looking for someone who has previously worked closely with a Sales team, and enjoys building a Marketing and Sales partnership. You're a commercially-minded marketer, who understands the difference in approach between Demand Generation and Accounts Based Marketing. You have creative ideas about how to engage different buyers, and you're comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.

Your responsibilities include:
Deploy targeted marketing plays to grow awareness and create opportunities within key verticals & accounts
Work closely with the Account Marketing Manager to build programmatic campaigns for the Enterprise lifecycle
Research key accounts and verticals, using your marketing insight to build a strong understanding of our customers and their needs
Use this understanding to write new content and adapt existing content to appeal to specific audiences & industries
Work with the broader marketing team, making use of our channel and content expertise to create personalised multi-touch campaigns
Support the Account Managers with pitch decks and proposals, using your marketing and customer insight to tailor these to the needs of the account

What we are looking for:
Experience delivering multi-touch B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing, events, content creation, and webinars
Clear research skills to deliver actionable market intelligence
Ideally experience marketing to enterprise organisations, with a demonstrable understanding of how to build relationships with senior decision makers
Confidence in writing both short and long form content
Worked closely with Sales teams
Proven ability to work collaboratively, both within Marketing and across the wider organisation

Benefits:
Salary is GBP30-GBP40k, depending on experience
You'll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in our Cambridge office
Flexible working - your time will be split between working from home and the office with ideally 2 or 3 days per week in the office
25 days holiday (plus the chance to buy more)
Company Pension Plan (matching up to 5%)
Bupa health care
Life Insurance & Critical Illness cover
Free lunch in the office
Discounted gym membership, as well as many other wellness benefits
