Do you have freight forwarding, Customs clearance experience & a proven background in managing staff? Do you have extensive Customs knowledge in which you can be the focal point, mentor & the main day-to-day manager reporting into directors of the business, whilst team leaders report into you?

The Role:
You will be responsible for being the focal point for all things customs, CFSP internally & externally, managing work flow and customer relationships for many large retail brand accounts..
Supporting the team leaders, sharing knowledge and ensuring work is distributed fairly. You will ensure the correct Customs regimes are used and audit entries to make sure the correct values have been declared and the correctly Duty & VAT paid.
Assisting with recruitment for the teams, managing any queries with HMRC and processing any post clearance requirements will also form part of this role.
You will need to draw on your experience in all things Customs, import forwarding and managing people.
