HR Advisor fast paced industry

We are actively recruiting for someone who has proven experience of working in a busy Human Resources department. This role will suit someone who can confidently work using their initiative and support a busy team.The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing a high volume of end - to - end ER casework.This role will be home based with very occasional travel to our clients office in Preston.About the Role:

• Support the regional HR Manager across all business areas
• Provide Employee Relation support across the business
• Provide effective and professional HR support to all employees
• Support with major business change, to include TUPE
• Ensure all HR matters are handled professionally and in line legislative and company requirements
• Advise and coach managers on policy and procedures
• Provide MI reporting
• Deliver manager training
• Drive best practice
• Build relationships across the business

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience of working in a busy HR department
• Strong ER experience, dealing with the full range casework including - Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence management, performance & flexible working
• Experience of TUPE & Redundancy
• Strong written & & verbal communication skills
• Advising & coaching managers from junior - senior level
• Highly organised
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Excellent understanding of employee law
• Working within a fast - paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to proactive work alone or with team support
• It would be advantageous to have CIPD level 3 and above
• Ability to work under pressure
