* Resourcing Workers - High Violume
* Writing job adverts
* Posting job adverts on to jobs boards
* Ensuring right to work is in place and all workers are legally compliant
* Consistent communication with all workers
* Administration tasks providing effective, detailed corrective action feedback
* Other project work or tasks as and when required
Key experience/skills
* Able to take a proactive approach and work autonomously
* Highly organised
* Able to work well under pressure
* Proficient in Office Package, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Must have previous experience in high volume recruitment in the Industrial sector.
Excellent telephonen manner .
