The Role - Sales Administrator
Reporting to the Head of Customer Services, as a Sales Administrator you will:
Be the first port of call for all inquiries
Co-ordinate and process quotations
Input and process orders
Review all sales orders and provide updates to customers
Maintain order related customer master data records
Coordinate with other departments to ensure on time deliveries
Assist with quality activities to ensure customers receive products that meet their specified product specifications
Complete and maintain records in line with Audit and Quality requirements
Coordinate with the Sales Team to support ongoing customer development and growth activities
Develop and maintain all customer service quality procedures in accordance with various Quality Standards
The Package
As a Sales Administrator, you will benefit from:
Salary in the region of GBP20,000 to GBP24,000 with the level dependent on experience
Have the potential to earn an annual bonus
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm at our head office in Swinton, Greater Manchester.
Our Requirements - Sales Administrator
Experience of working in a sales administration or customer service role involving processing sales orders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
Ability to multi-task, use own initiative and problem-solve, prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
Be a team player who demonstrates a high level of commitment and adopts a flexible and positive approach
