Insights Analyst

The CompanyNigel Wright is delighted to be working with a growing leisure organisation in their search for an Insights Analyst. The RoleAs an Insights Analyst, you will be using statistical techniques, advanced data manipulation and anything else that comes to mind in supporting the customer experience. You will be working with the company's Data Warehouse and Salesforce systems; transforming and modelling them using R or Python. Other responsibilities include:

• Investigate theories and questions using statistical methods to help the company drive strategy and make better decisions using data
• Work closely with stakeholders to help them leverage insights and help to guide decision making
• Help to maintain and improve the quality of relevant data and its documentation
• Design, build and deploy new models and algorithms that allow the company to gain deeper insight into their customers

The RequirementsKey requirements include:

• Good knowledge of statistical techniques, including but not limited to: linear and logistic regression analysis, clustering, classification
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and at least one statistical programming language (e.g. Python or R)
• Experience working with various stakeholders
