Our client delivers a dedicated connected service to vehicle manufacturers, their customers and their Brand Network
Through continued growth they are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager
Role Purpose:
* Increase lead volumes, improve conversions, optimise customer retention, and boost revenues per customer through effective marketing and eCommerce
* Design and deliver marketing campaigns, customer journeys and eCommerce channels to improve commercial performance
* Establish a framework to provide clear performance insight, analytics and metrics reporting & ROI tracking for all campaigns and marketing channels
* Develop direct relationships with their Vehicle Manufacturer (VM) partners' marketing teams and agree 12-month marketing roadmaps and multichannel campaigns which support their programmes
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of their digital marketing strategy and supporting digital roadmap, evaluating, and optimising the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
* Develop and deliver B2C campaigns across various media to drive lead volumes, improve conversions, optimise customer retention, and boost revenues per customer
* Develop and deliver B2B campaigns to improve programme engagement from OEMs, Retailers, and other key partners
* Develop existing and new business relationships throughout our vehicle manufacturer partners' marketing teams to build and deliver specific marketing roadmaps and campaigns with each OEM partner and win engagement throughout their business to support implementation
* Project manage campaigns, from sourcing data to creation of the campaign, managing the required updates and generating marketing performance reports
* Directly assist in the creation and enhancement of all marketing communications, both B2B and B2C copy across different channels. Liaising with the OEM partners for sign off and channel distribution
* Provide analysis and feedback on existing online customer journeys, eCommerce channels and campaigns and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing assets
* Create dashboards to track and measure campaign effectiveness, performance metrics, website analytics and ROI
* Support senior leadership with preparation of client presentations
* Manage re-brand requests from OEM Partners and ensure delivery across all marketing materials.

Role Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing with demonstrated success, ideally in either the motor or insurance industries.
* Track record of creating, designing and building digital customer journeys, successful eCommerce and lead generation campaigns using digital marketing techniques
* A strong understanding of effective marketing strategies and tactics using current and emerging technologies
* Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Clear understanding of the range and effectiveness of different types of digital marketing
* Knowledge and capability in use of the latest marketing & CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Knowledge and capability in use of modern MI reporting platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
* Up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practice and a flair for creativity
