I have a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst that has a passion for gaming to join my client within the games industry.
You will be a core part of a growing IT Helpdesk service, initially helping to cover first and second line support and be the first point of contact for 3rd line server maintenance and upgrades.
Skills & attributes needed;
An approachable and enthusiastic individual who can integrate quickly within a team. You will be enthusiastic about IT and enjoy being part of a Gaming company.
* Proven Track record as an independent worker in IT helpdesk within a small growing team.
* Experience of using a call logging/helpdesk system
* Experience supporting MS technologies
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Teamworking skills
* Ability to work with little supervision.
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
* Experience or a passion for gaming is an advantage but not essential
You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern which covers up to 12:00
