My client are a leading company in the manufacture of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) making some of the world's best loved brands like Gillette, Fairy and Pampers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and motivated individual to join within their Sales Business Support team, based in their head office (located in Weybridge, Surrey). In this role, the ideal candidate will administer and manage the data relating to product listings and promotions between the sales teams and their external customers. Working closely with the Sales Account Managers, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering process improvements as well as delivering regular core processes with excellence for a set number of customer and category combinations.

Responsibilities will include

  • Populating product listing forms, and promotional nomination forms
  • Reconciling promotional invoices
  • Managing disputed invoices
  • Maintaining electronic filing of documentation
  • Maintaining reports and trackers
  • Work independently to investigate and resolve issues and discrepancies within the core process
  • Develop good partnerships with contact in the Sales, Finance and external teams, ensuring regular contact and supporting with adhoc requests as well as providing on-boarding support for new contacts
  • Proactively identify and deliver process improvement

We are looking for candidates who have proven problem solving skills, who are confident and able to clearly communicate solutions.

You will be driven and passionate, show pride in your work and push yourself to achieve goals. We are looking for candidates who are proactive, enthusiastic and have the ability to build rapport at various levels.

You will be analytical and have strong Excel skills, this role can involve working with complex data sets and investigating issues to resolve. It is therefore important that you have good attention to details and can proactively spot errors. You will be highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred however as long as you have strong customer service and administrative transferable skills in addition to the qualities above, we are interested in hearing from you.
