Main Duties:
To be responsible for Customer Service - UK Market and dealing with incoming inquiries via different websites also flexing to support The German team as needed.
The Role:
- To handle and resolve customer queries coming from different websites to a very high standard
- To contact customers to advise on any issues that may occur with their order
- To escalate any issues or complaints that arise to the Customer Service Executive, to ensure they are dealt with efficiently
- To work closely with the Warehouses to help resolve any despatch and return order issues
- To ensure the best service possible is given to all customers
- To upload new product's descriptions to the website
- To assist the Ecommerce Team with ad hoc administration work.
The Candidate:
- German language skills is desirable for the role, to time to time cover the German Market's customers
- IT literate, familiar with MS Office
- Experiences in eCommerce or online Customer Service would be a strong advantage for the role
- Retail or B2B experiences is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details
- Interested for fashion industry
- Passionate, dynamic and a real team player
- Ideally car owner due to the company's location
