Job summary

This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager as part of a small marketing team. You'll support the delivery of the annual marketing plan and assist with day-to-day marketing tasks. We are looking for someone who is up to speed with all social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram) and is able to manage and promote our activity through digital channels.

In this role you will always learn something new! You must be excited about fresh ideas to target new markets and have a can-do approach. However, you won't be alone in this journey, as the team will always be there for you.

Key responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Produce creative assets and content. Plan and schedule the final social media posts

• Manage engagement on our social channels and expand our network

• LinkedIn Ads

• Assist in creating brand guidelines on various platforms

Content Creation

• Assist with creating and editing the Aiber website content

• Brainstorm content ideas for campaigns, email marketing and website content for varied target audiences and formats

• Create and manage regular marketing campaigns

SEO

• Improve our digital performance in the SEO rankings.

• Conduct keywords searches to help expand our audience organically

• Align the marketing content with the SEO best practices

General marketing tasks

• Undertake any other duties as required by the Marketing Manager to support the digital marketing strategy

• Assist with day-to-day activities within our marketing plan, including market research and writing.

• Reporting - assisting with tracking and monitoring of marketing activities and website visitors, providing up to date reports and analysis

• Liaise with other core business functions including the executive team, operations, technology, and compliance.

Job requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience and track record of working in digital marketing
  • Previous experience with LinkedIn ads
  • Experience of organically growing social media channels with SEO best practices based on SEO tools
  • A good understanding of current social media trends and previous experience with social media management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, writing, and editing skills
  • Ability to write marketing and communications copy to a high standard
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes
  • Team spirit and positive work ethic
  • High attention to quality
  • An ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Master's degree in related field

• Experience in using marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or willingness to learn

• Graphic design and Adobe creative cloud knowledge would be advantageous
