TeamJobs are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to provide day to day support to the teams based in the UK. The Customer Support Administrator will support the activities of the sales and service teams. You will be handling requests for information, maintain accurate records on their CRM system, generating reports, quotes, creating leads, and assist the team with supporting their existing accounts.

This position reports to the UK Sales Manager and works closely with the Internal Teams. The role is based in Poole.

The Salary for this role is GBP25,000 per annum

This role involves:

  • Maintaining strong sales and customer support.
  • Extracting data from large volumes in both Excel and a CRM system.
  • Utilising the data within the systems to create reports and insight for the business and customers to act on.
  • Delivering an excellent level of customer care.
  • The ability to problem solve.
  • Working in a sales / customer service team or similar environment
  • Working in a highly organised environment with strong administrative experience

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, credible, and dependable always. You must be able to work at all levels with customers, be inventive and resilient, have good organisational skills and the ability to multitask. You must be able to work within a team environment or independently, as well as having excellent IT skills (including Outlook, CRM, MS word and Excel).
