Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Chandler's Ford

GBP18,000 - GBP24,000 Base Salary with a commission scheme of circa GBP250 - GBP400 per successful placement

A business started 6 years ago when the owners left a previous corporate recruitment company to set up their own bespoke recruitment agency. There has been growth through hard work, to a team of 8 and an office move to Central Chandler's Ford. Our client is a fun, rewarding and approachable place to work. The main client base and market they recruit in are IT & Technology, Project Management & Business Change, CRM & ERP and Workplace & Real Estate

Key responsibilities

Filling Jobs (Resourcing)

  • Identify, Attract and Assess suitable workplace candidates to provide the Workplace Recruitment Consultant with candidates to take to 'market'.
  • Use SourceBreaker (technology for Resourcing) to search available candidates from Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter account and our own candidate database (Vincere CRM)
  • Create well crafted adverts and copywriting for messages out to suitable people via LinkedIn, Email Marketing and CRM Campaigns.
  • Conduct telephone screen / interviews with applicants and potential candidates and assess their suitability, for workplace and real estate related jobs.
  • Shortlist qualified and interviewed candidates from attraction methods: ad responses, job boards, 3RM, LinkedIn and network/recommendations
  • Submit applicants to the consultant's clients, arrange interviews and support in managing the candidates through the offer stage to accepting and onboard.
  • Work with recruiter to manage Workplace Vacancies
  • Work with pace, urgency and with a strong focus of quality
  • Discuss progress, issues and shortages with the consultant and demand more information, answers or explanation if needed.

Marketing / Administration

  • Keep the Workplace Pool of candidates up to date and support with Mail shots
  • Continually add relevant Workplace candidates to the system
  • Complete referencing for placements

Vincere Database (CRM)

  • All information to be added correctly for both clients and candidates including, groupings, email addresses, contact telephone number, job titles and relevant talent pools for the respective consultant.
  • Using the database for audit and admin purposes

Lead Generation

  • Pass any commercial leads or information you gather from projects that are happening to the relevant consultant.

Our client is fully set up with Laptops to be able to work from home. The office was newly fitted 3 years ago and complete with a kitchen/social area, TV & pool table.

Working HoursMonday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch), Friday 08:30 - 16:00 (30 mins lunch)
