My well-established client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their growing organisation as a HR Advisor. You will be primarily responsible for being the first point of call for line managers offering advice and support with employee relations and performance management. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure all employees and managers are supported. Alongside this, you will work with the wider Team to ensure that policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* Provide line managers with timely comprehensive advice on all employee relation matters
* Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, performance management, grievance and absence management
* Working as a member of the People Services team maintaining administrative processes and procedures attending meetings and note taking as requested
The suitable candidate will demonstrate
* Proven experience as a HR Advisor
* Working knowledge of Employee Relation matters
* CIPD level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is preferred
