My client who is based in Shirley, Solihull are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to support the Business Support Manager and colleagues across the company liaising with all departments. You will operate as part of a team and will confidently liaise with colleagues of all levels along with external suppliers. Duties:• Providing administration support to all departments • Assist with the facilities and any other premises acquired by the company to ensure the office environment is safe and operational • Administrative support for the ISO9001 standard • Support the application of Health and Safety policies within the organisation • Support for the Risk Register; liaising with the relevant stakeholders to assess and prioritise levels of business risk and controls required • Administrative support in all aspects of Data Protection to ensure the companies compliance with current regulations • Coordinate external suppliers for stock and stationery requests • Inputting and managing information in to the CRM system • Administration and servicing internal meeting rooms as and when required• Customer serviceYou must be able to organise your own workload managing your time for any ad hoc support when requiredSkills and knowledge:You will need to be IT literate to a good standard, which should include working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ideally CRM systems. Excellent organisational and administration skills, good communication skillsYou must have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines. Be organised, flexible, willing, proactive, tenacious and professional.
