Lettings Negotiator in Estate Agency - GBP17,000-GBP19,000 basic (GBP23, 000 OTE) - Harborne
My Clients an Independent estate agents are seeking a Letting Negotiator to join their expanding team in Harborne
The successful Lettings Negotiator must have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Lettings Negotiator, be keen to earn good levels of commission.
The role will include:
* Carrying out viewings
* Managing a portfolio of properties
* Negotiation of Rent
* Viewing Feedback
* Working within the team
* Confident communicator both face to face & on the telephone
* Valuing properties (training will be given)
* The successful Lettings negotiator MUST have a full clean driving licence and have your own vehicle.
