Our client is expanding their portfolio of properties in the Blackburn area and as such, require additional staff to oversee some of the renovations and maintenance.
They are looking for an experienced Joiner/Plumber who can ensure all of the work required on the offices is carried out in an organised and timely fashion. This could involve fitting out new reception areas, kitchens, bathrooms.
Most of the properties are managed service office buildings however the portfolio is expanding quickly so other backgrounds/experiences will be beneficial.
They are looking for someone on a full time permanent basis to work 9am-5.30pm with some level of flexibility offered. You will be provided with a van and tools if necessary.
