A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join an exciting and fast growing property company based in Gravesend, Kent.
Our client is a well established, successful and forward thinking Chartered Surveyors who have been operating for over 50 years. They offer learning and development from the first day and great opportunities for development within the company.
This role may also suit someone who wants to become a surveyor as they deal with Commercial, Residential and Chartered Surveyors.
Hours: 9am - 5.30 pm / Monday - Friday
Salary: TBC
Location: Gravesend Town Centre (next to train and bus station)

Overview of Role: As an Administrator you will be assisting Property Managers with the day to day admin support.
Summary of Duties:
Liaising with clients, tenants and contractors
Fielding calls for Property Managers and dealing with calls where possible
Typing invoices
Composing correspondence
Assisting with repairs, maintenance and services
Undertaking vacant property inspections, including meter readings when necessary
General administration duties
Suitable Candidate:
Previous administration experience
Strong typing, MS Word & Excel skills
High standard of written and spoken English, especially grammar and spelling
Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle, when required for business use
Previous property administration experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
