Hybrid working Customer Service Advisors needed- working one or two days in the office!
Full training will be provided.
Dynamite Recruitment is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our client's team in Gloucester. This role would be brilliant for anyone looking for their first role in an office-based environment or for their next step up in Customer Services.
Salaries are starting from GBP19,400 and rising between GBP21,700 to GBP23,700- depending on role/department.
You will need to be flexible to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, this does include weekend work.
The Role:
* Handle a variety of incoming calls, answering queries and questions relating to customers' insurance policies
* Communicating with third parties to ensure the customer's claim is a smooth process.
* Provide solutions to customers when needed.
* Ensuring you deliver fantastic customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will be customer-focused with great communication skills and good attention to detail.
* Must have good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills.
* Must be confident talking to people at all levels.
