We are looking for a Payroll Assistant who will be part of our Payroll team in Derby.

Responsibilities
??? Answering the phone
??? Dealing with worker payroll queries
??? Checking the number of hours employees have worked
??? Inputting workers' hours onto the system and producing spreadsheets for
clients with hours on
??? Liaising with Head Office
??? Raising holiday payments, calculating overtime and raising costs for clients
??? Supporting the team with admin duties
A successful candidate will have
??? Payroll experience preferably in recruitment admin
??? Good working knowledge of Excel
??? Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
??? Be able to make decisions based on data
??? Strong organisational skills
