Translate customers' packaging category strategy into globally scalable product strategies, shape best-in-class strategic sourcing activities using category intelligence, plan system capacity and build guidance to support supply resiliency and innovation goals and develop and continuously refresh short- and long-term insights on the external raw material and conversion marketplace.

Description
The key responsibilities are:
Lead deployment of reusable project, including launch of tableware items and observation of utilisation data in market for incorporating into the model
Conduct sourcing activities, including RFX events, supplier capability assessments, and future supply/scale-up plans
Manage supplier relationships, including setting clear expectations on major project goals, tracking their progress, performance, tracking and managing product pricing, leading regular communications and identifying performance improvement opportunities
Build plans for supply assurance through the value chain and design risk mitigation strategies in various lead markets
Surface learnings to the Global team for integration into best practices knowledgeProfile
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
Experience in packaging engineering and procurement activities
Experience in delivering of category executions that result in measurable outcomes (e.g. innovation, supply chain stability, sustainability, cost savings)
Understanding of the packaging manufacturing processes and/or packaging materials
Very strong critical thinking capabilities
Strong project management capabilities
Highly collaborative
Influence without authority
Proven people management skills (or potential to develop skills)Job Offer
