About the Person
To succeed in this role as Business Support Administrator, you will have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills along with experience in supporting the delivery of a factoring service or similar. As a Business Support Administrator will be an excellent communicator and will act as the first point of contact for service users, contractors, and other partner agencies, both on the telephone and in person. The successful candidate will have the ability to plan and manage their own workload as well as adapt to changing circumstances.
Previous experience within a legal or factoring setting would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided for the role.
About the Job
In this role as Business Support Administrator, you will contribute to carrying out the administration of the key services and functions of the factoring service through a variety of duties including:
Registering/de-registering NOPLs (Notification of Potential Liability) for costs
Carrying out searches in the Land Register and pulling deeds to properties where required
Providing information to owners and sharing owners contacting the business across a wide range of enquiries directly with the customers themselves, or redirecting them to the appropriate person within the business who can deal with the enquiry
Maintaining databases, producing standard letters and forms, filing, photocopying, circulating information
Sending out letters and mandates as required.
Monitoring owners' accounts and providing administrative support
Ensuring fees and contents of the pack to clients are accurate
Calling solicitors for contract packs
Logging client documentation and updating details on our case management system
Following up with clients if the information is missing
The Reward
The Salary for the Business Support Administrator position is circa GBP20,000 - GBP21,000 per annum with additional company benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company.
