We're looking for a Junior Designer with commercial awareness to join our progressive creative agency team. If you have a natural flair for design and the ability to work with a range of design media, we'd love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be encouraged to learn and develop in the role working on a wide variety of different projects so the ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively is key. Responsibilities may include producing printed material and digital assets, email marketing, creation of event collateral, web design and a whole host of other marketing related projects.
We would welcome applicants with the following skills; Junior Designer, Creative, Graphic Design, Bath, Frome, Adobe, Adobe Creative Cloud, Animation, Video, Editing, Motion Graphics, Client Management, Project Management, Customer Service.
Essential Skills
Experience of working with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management / multi-task ability.
Innovative, creative and proactive design ability.
Desirable Skills
Experience in animation, video editing, motion graphics.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Project and client management experience including the end-to-end project lifecycle.
