About the opportunity:

We are working as the internal recruitment partner for a well-established organisation who own some of the UK's most well-known household brand names.

We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a professional and dynamic Customer Coordinator to work in the Logistics Planning team.

As a successful Customer Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing designated Key Accounts and all aspects of order processing, stock allocation, planning and managing successful delivery to customers whilst keeping them updated regularly.

You will liaise with all stakeholders such as: couriers and hauliers, internal colleagues, key contacts and production teams throughout the process, ensuring the effective service delivery through accurate planning and coordination.

This is a truly unique opportunity where full training will be provided whilst working in a fast paced and dynamic Logistics Planning department.

As the successful candidate you will be highly organised, with a focus on providing high levels of service to your customers. You will be a key member of the team, with excellent IT skills, an unrivalled desire to learn and develop a long-term career.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following

  • A genuine interest in learning and developing a career in Logistics Planning
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience in logistics planning is preferred but not essential
  • Strong capability with IT systems
  • Experience of using MS packages including working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook etc
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • High learning agility and adaptability; continuous curiosity to learn and develop with a positive mindset
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, able to operate with all levels of employees and team members
