Training Assistant
My client who are a leading food business in Wrexham are currently looking for a Training Assistant who is passionate about people to join their team. The role - (included but not limited too)
* To support the Training Officer in the delivery and effective management of Internal Training system, ensuring all training reports, certificates, Induction packs and sign off sheets are up to date and input it in the system accordingly
* The training assistant will assist in identifying development needs via agreed training reports, along with organising and delivering such programmes to site
* Deliver all induction programmes for the site
* To deputise for Training Officer in periods of absence
* Work closely with HR, Payroll and Operational teams prior and after Induction training programmes
The candidate -
* Previous experience of working in a similar role
* Qualification/Accreditation - Train the trainer or similar
* Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels - both internal and external
* Good knowledge of computer systems
