Complaints and Claims Team Leader
This established organisation is seeking a Complaints and Claims Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day line management of the Complaints and Claims Handlers within the company.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm - this role has the potential for hybrid working depending on team requirements.
You will be responsible for the controls, process and audits of the Complaints and Claims team as well as the business process for complaint handling, escalations, FOS adjudications, social media presence and regulatory reporting.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in complaint handling within a regulated environment and ideally will have an advanced understanding of DISP, BCOBS, MCOBS CONC regulations as well as experience of the Consumer Credit Act/Section 75 complaints. Previous experience of managing people and key stake holders is required.
