Up to £32,373.40 per annum

Are you looking for a property sales role within a developer with investment secured for the next few years of growth? If you’re a skilled in the property sales lifecycle and looking to a new challenge, our client may have the role for you.   

 

Offered on a fixed term basis, for a period of up to 12 months working 36.25hrs per week no two days will be the same, you will be responsible for providing a service on behalf of our client, Keystone Developments and the Blue Skies consortium in relation to all aspects of affordable home ownership. 

 

Advising on specification, assisting the New Homes Manager in the managing and monitoring of marketing suites, their appointed selling agents and solicitors you will be the main point of contact for the customer from reservation through to completion. This busy role puts you at the forefront of helping us to improve lives through the provision of affordable housing. 

 

Becoming an ambassador of Longhurst you will collaborate with external Agents and Partners in the progression and monitoring of sales, work closely with the New Homes Manager in implementing strategies on challenging sales schemes and ensure sales are delivered within target and given timescales. 

 

As a confident negotiator you will thrive on attending site meetings and home buy events ensuring sales progress smoothly. Responsible for the full sales cycle you’ll be confident in progressing applications, void inspections alongside progression reports and audit checks.
