This established business are looking for a Property Compliance & HMO Officer to join their team is Salford! You will be working alongside Property Management team in our vibrant modern office. ARLA qualification fully funded.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

GBP21,950 - GBP24000 DOE
We are searching for candidates who are organised, have a high attention to detail and possess excellent people skills. Ultimately, the focus is to protect our Landlord's investments and ensure that we are acting in accordance with the law/ associated regulations pertaining to house of multiple occupancy
Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;
* Carrying out routine property inspections.
* Liaising with the local authorities to ensure compliance legislation is being followed adequately
* Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and contractors to ensure all compliance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
* Maintaining accurate file notes
* Reporting.
Requirements

* Is passionate about the property industry and are keen to join a successful and growing business
* Has previous experience in the industry, with HMO compliance in particular
* Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
* Has 1 years' experience in a similar role
