I am representing my client which is an ambitious and growing recruitment agency based in Milton Keynes
This is a relatively new branch with 3 fairly inexperienced consultants, who have a great attitude and are very keen to learn,so they need an experienced recruitment manager or senior consultant to develop the team and build the branch. maximising business opportunities and developing existing business.
My client has a wonderful, friendly and inclusive culture with a fantastic reputation in the recruitment industry. They operate predominantly in the Commercial and Industrial sectors.
You will get unlimited support from your regional manager and the board of directors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years' experience in the recruitment industry.
You will be responsible for the branches profit & loss and for driving the branch forward in terms of sales on both the temp and perm revenue stream, by delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients alike.
Our client requires:
* A highly motivated and ambitious professional recruiter with at least 2 years experience in the industry
* Career minded, hard working and driven
* Confident with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships
* Ability to manage, coach and develop consultants
* Make quick decisions / think outside of the box
* Excellent organisation skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of the local market.
