Site Manager, North

The successful candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of site management within a manufacturing environment.  The main purpose of the role is to ensure proper supervision and management of all resources and activities of the site in compliance with UK laws, regulations and the standards defined at Company and Group level, ensuring cost effectiveness, production quality and health and safety.  The site will predominately be Admixtures production, and will include the management of raw materials, delivery to the customer of the finished product, as directed by the Operations Manager.  This role will include all aspects of manufacturing, ie HSE, Maintenance, Quality Control, Production, Logistics so knowledge throughout is required.

Applicants must be highly driven, focussed and be able to demonstrate a commitment to the on-going success of the company.  Strong organisational, communication and people management skills are essential for this role.
