Our client is a Legal 200 firm operating from several offices in the South of England. Following a recent merger, they are now entering an expansion phase and are seeking a number of new hires. They operate a hybrid working model which involves a mixture of working in the office and at home.
Consideration will be given to applicants willing to relocate to the Bath area, and to experienced solicitors living in the area with experience in commercial property. They are now seeking to recruit a Partner or Senior Associate (Commercial Property).
Partner or Senior Associate (Commercial Property)- Job Duties
What is expected of you?
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or Partner living in the Bath area or prepared to relocate, probably with at least five years' PQE. Particular consideration will be given to applicants with some experience of the private healthcare sector.
Duties will include:
Heading up a team.
Manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with cases and transactions.
Build credibility with clients and develops own client relationships through managing client expectations regarding options, outcomes, risk and timescales.
Scope fees for existing clients.
Develop market and sector knowledge and demonstrate expertise to clients.
Build on personal and department profile and reputation by attending networking events, writing publications/ marketing materials and speaking at seminars.
Begin to develop a niche/ sector expertise.
Assist in team/ sector pitches as required.
Track progress against your own KPIs, meeting targets.
Support with budgetary management of client matters.
