Customer Service Advisor - Audi Product Genius

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our hugely successful Audi Dealership in Hatfield is looking to recruit a new Customer Service Advisor also known as a Product Genius.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Product Genius vacancy will be entered into a training programme that involves in-house learning, product use and manufacturer led training. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and show the ability to work well in a team.
You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Product Genius position involves:
Maintaining in-depth, specialist knowledge of the Audi products
Pro-actively assisting all departments with setting up Connected Cars
Aim to create a new retail experience for our customers ensuring all customer visiting the centre are looked after delivering the best possible experience.
Handing over vehicles to customers and explaining all the product features
Supporting the sales team when required
Providing individual technical support to all departments
Passing on knowledge to the sales team by holding coaching sessions on new technologies
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
About our requirements
We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
Customer awareness.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Full driving license.
