Help us make a difference as Fleet Specialist Support Administrator in High Wycombe.

A quick look at the role.

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Support individual to work full-time within the Fleet Department. The job purpose is to support Operations and Workshops. As well as liaising with the Fleet Auditors and Head of Compliance.

You will update and maintain Fleetwave with all aspects ranging from vehicle data to user access
Engage with external vehicle suppliers relating to vehicle purchases and compliance
Resolve queries from internal and external customers
Process and order fuel cards as well as ongoing knowledge for future alternative fuels and legislations
Understand the O Licence and Transport Manager functions for compliance
Assist with projects / acquisitions / new business
Report management including Tyres, Credit Card, LFT (Licence for Trade)
Assist with processing of vehicle disposals
Experience with Penalty Charge Notices and Notice of Intent to Prosecute notices
Raise purchase orders on the Central System and invoice accordingly
Complete any other administrative duties as and when required within the Fleet DepartmentRequirements

GCSE in Maths and English
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Excel preferable)
Strong Administrative Experience
Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the business including Senior Management
Be smart and presentable, be able to plan, organise and prioritise your work load
Ability to work to strict deadlines
A flexible attitude towards your work load, assist and support your colleagues where necessary, develop skill sets and knowledge determined by the businessBenefits
