A quick look at the role.
We are looking for an experienced Hire Desk Administrator to work full-time within the Fleet Department at Kingsmill. The job purpose is to support the I & C Operations/Municipal and Workshops.

Process Hire requests on the system ensuring all vehicles are compliant
Liaise with Hire Companies to source vehicles as per our SLA
Raise Purchase orders on the system
Process vehicle extensions
Complete weekly Reports
Complete any other administration duties as required within the Fleet DepartmentHere's what we require:
GCSE in Maths and English
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, especially in Excel)
Strong Administrative Experience
Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the business including Senior Management
Be smart and presentable, be able to plan, organise and prioritise your workload
Ability to work to strict deadlines
A flexible attitude towards your workload, assist and support your colleagues where necessary, develop skill sets and knowledge determined by the businessAnd here's why you'll love it at Biffa.
