Job Summary:

A brand new role, based within the Maintenance Department of a busy Outdoor Advertising Company the role would involve learning the skills to help maintain digital advertising structures in London and across the UK. Various tasks include general admins skills and supporting the team, creating work schedules, booking access equipment and permits, ensuring the team runs smoothly and efficiently.

In the first few months, you would have:

* Completed all in-house training and understand how our processes work.

* Demonstrated you can prioritise workload and are self-motivated.

* Brought your enthusiasm and proactiveness into the team to put the Client first.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* General administration duties to support the team.

* Collating information and updating tickets.

* Dealing with E-mails.

* Assisting with the creation of work schedules.

* Planning and booking preventative maintenance visits.

* Organising technician's work, booking jobs, and opening tickets.

* Booking, Access Equipment, Permits etc.

* Monitoring and logging incoming work requests.

* Maintain records and documentation.

* Flexible approach to working hours and environment.

Qualification and skills required:

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be proactive and capable of the following:

* General administration experience.

* Great communication skills.

* Professional telephone manner.

* Excellent spoken and written English.

* Microsoft Office Skills.

* Strong time management.

* General IT skills - Additional training will be given.

* Ability to work independently, displaying strong initiative in solving problems with limited direction.

* An understanding of Traffic Management and permits - not essential - Additional training will be provided
