Team Leader (Production)

An international concern based in Huntingdon are actively recruiting for a few Team Leaders to train, lead, empower, coordinate and motivate a small team to ensure quality and performance targets are met.
Key Accountabilities include -
- Lead a small team of production assembly staff ensuring they are trained to meet objectives productively and safely.
- When necessary undertake hands on production work.
- Looking after both team and individual performance addressing any issues as they arise, in line with HR policies.
- Maintain and update production and quality performance indicators.
- Communicate and report KPI's to direct team and Shift Supervisor.
- Plan, coordinate and organise training on all processes using up to date SOP's.
- Ensure consistently hight levels of 5S within the work area.
You will have had experience within manufacturing/production, preferably with some supervisory experience.
