We are currently looking for a Property & Regeneration Project Manager to join our busy Property Investment and Regeneration department.

The Role

As a Property & Regeneration Project Manager, you will work on, and progress, key elements of our Property and Regeneration Programmes.

Co-ordinating the delivery of outcomes for local people, you will support the development of a programme of physical works, including high-quality places and buildings in Watford.

You will lead on project management, logistical and technical support as well as developing comprehensive project briefs.

Additionally, you will liaise and report to a variety of stakeholders, develop business cases, manage budgets and work towards KPIs.

About You

To be considered as a Property & Regeneration Project Manager, you will need:

- Experience in property development, appraisals and cash flow analysis
- Experience of financial management
- Experience of matrix management and a proven ability to lead cross-directorate and multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of tendering and procurement processes in the public sector
- A track record of involvement in major developments
- The ability to use property development appraisal packages
- Knowledge of the legislative framework around planning and development matters
- Knowledge of the property development process from initial appraisal to completion and effective programme management
- To be educated to degree level in a built environment subject or equivalent experience

A basic disclosure check or DBS enhanced check (as applicable) will be carried out for this post.
