Laminator
We have a great new project opportunity for 10 experienced wet-lay laminators in Norwich for a luxury sailboat manufacturer.
Duties may include:
* Cutting and prepping fibreglass matting
* Read and understand lay-up specifications
* Perform a range of laminating processes which may include wet-lay, infusion ad vac-bagging.
* Use of hand tools
* Identifying laminating defects
* Use of corse materials and generic bonding pastes
* Release of simple moulds
* Correct use of PPE
Key skills and qualifications:
* Attention to details and methodical approach to tasks
* Experience in the boatbuilding, aerospace or automotive industry
* Wet lay, infusion or vacuum bagging experience
Job:
* Outside IR35
* 3-6 months rolling
* 60 hours a week
* GBP23/hour
* GBP100/week accommodation allowance (60 hours onsite)
* Refer a friend bonus (GBP100 amazon voucher if they work 1 month min)
* Project completion bonus
