Premier Work Support are pleased to be partnering with a leading business, recruiting for a permanent Marketing Manager based in Bexleyheath. Though you will be based in the Bexleyheath office, you will benefit from hybrid working, travel to the other UK office when required and regularly liaise with your colleagues in the client Head Office in Sweden.

In this role you will be responsible for Marketing in all subsidiaries of the business. You will work closely with the various functions in the UK and with the Central Global Marketing team to drive key marketing programmes through all marketing channels in the UK, but with a focus on digital and SEO. This is currently a largely independent role in the UK, therefore you will be responsible for the activation as well as the strategic thinking.

As a Marketing Manager, you will have in-depth marketing experience, comprehensive communications skills, and a passion and understanding for digital technologies, platforms and strategies, including SEO. You will be able to "do the doing" as well as the strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive the marketing road-map across all channels in the UK, leveraging the central global resource to deliver the business objectives in line with the global strategy and brand.
  • Focus on activity which will drive rich lead generation in the key growth channels.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets. Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
  • Consider brick and mortar presence, i.e. showrooms or representation at exhibitions.
  • Oversee our social media accounts.
  • Building and maintaining a brand's presence across multiple social media channels.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Develop and find new ways to optimise online marketing channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, E-mail etc.). This includes analysing campaign data (segmentation, creative optimisation, bid strategy, and cohort analyses).
  • Manage and maintain relations with outside web agency & marketing agencies.

Essential

  • Experience in Marketing, specifically towards social media, advertising & digital.
  • Understanding of and operational experience with CRM platforms / operations, Social Media publishing & monitoring, project management tools & tag management.
  • Experience working with Adobe suite like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience of agency management.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns and communications campaigns.
  • Experience working with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.

This role is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
