Here at Hart Learning and Development, we are seeking an outstanding Apprenticeship Tutor (management) to come and join our dynamic team!

Joining us as Apprenticeship Tutor (Management), you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and delivering high quality work-based qualifications through a range of creative methods. Whilst undertaking effective progress reviews, you will liaise with apprentices, employers, and parents/carers to ensure that individual needs are met, and the best progress can be made.

About you:

  • Hold Award in Education and Training (AET) or be willing to work toward this.
  • Assessor/verification qualifications are beneficial.
  • GCSEs A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Proven experience in management practices.
  • A passion to guide and coach learners, with the ability to step in when necessary.
  • An ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • A Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
