HR Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a manufacturer company based in Fordingbridge. This is a part time, maternity cover contract for up to 12 months.

Responsibilities as a HR Administrator:
Assist with recruitment procedures such as advertising jobs, reviewing potential candidates, and arranging interviews
Prepare and manage paperwork for new starters, inductions, contracts and offer letters
Ensure pay review paperwork are up to data and distribute this paperwork to managers.
Keep online system up to data and set up new starters on HR system.
Record all sickness in folder, and overtime each month on the system
Organise and assist with summer placements or work experience
Liaising any issues with managing director or personnel manager
Assist with any other administration duties when requiredRequirements:

Previous experience as a HR Administrator
Confident in all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
Strong communication and organisational skills
Have a good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with a HR system
This position is a part time, maternity cover contract for up to 12 months. This role is working 19.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 13:00pm. The salary is GBP26,000 (FTE).
