Customer Service and Sales Development Manager is required for a leading FMCG company who an amazing head office in the Chiswick, London area. We are looking for a motivated, inspirational and creative leader who has a proven track record of supporting learning and development agenda across all functions in Customer Service and Sales.
You will be based in the Chiswick office 2-3 days a week with flexibility to work form home the other 2-3 days.
In reward you will be offered a salary dependant on experience c. GBP45,000 - GBP48,000 p.a. plus bonus, private medical - plus lot of lovely blue-chip benefits.
As Customer Service and Sales Development Manager you will build, learn and make a difference to the performance and development of the customer and field sales teams.
The successful Customer Service and Sales Development Manager will:
Experience of delivering capability programmes
Background in learning and development
Ideally an FMCG or pharmaceutical background
Solution orientated
Confident to liaise with senior partners.
As Customer Service and Sales Development Manager you will:
Deliver the capability programme on time and within budget;
Work with internal and external facilitators on course delivery, dates and attendees;
Secure resources and materials to aid effective delivery of the Customer Academy
Own the visibility agenda and drive engagement for the Customer Academy
Own the eLearning element of Customer Academy
Management of the PO Capability tracker and ensure Field Tam payments are correct and paid on time.
We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Development Manager who shows stability on their CV and who has proven experience in learning and development at this level for a similar FMCG industry.
